Relatively speaking, if it is too large, it is difficult to implement and can have adverse effects. If it is too small, the local wind speed is too high, which can easily suck up large particles that splash up, causing increased pipeline wear and increasing the load on the dust removal equipment.

Principle of Mine Dust Collector:

The dusty gas enters the upper space of the filter chamber in a tangential direction, and under the centrifugal force of large particles and aggregated dust particles, it spirals down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall. Small particles disperse in the empty space between the bags in the filter chamber and are then blocked. Purified air passes through the bag wall and gathers in the cleaning chamber through the filter bag guide on the flower board, and is sucked in by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere. As the filtration process progresses, dust adheres to the surface of the dust removal bag, and the resistance of the dust removal bag gradually increases. When it reaches the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance, the differential pressure transmitter connected to the front and rear interfaces of the dust collector sends a signal to actively initiate the anti blowing organization operation. The purification of dust can only be achieved by bag filters. The quality of the selected dust collector directly affects the collection effect of the dust removal system, the power consumption of dust removal, and whether the entire system can operate stably and reliably for a long time. The methods of dust collectors are complex and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The key is how to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses.
